The Chemical Brothers, in collaboration with author Robin Turner, are set to release a book detailing the band’s history. “Paused in Cosmic Reflection,” published by White Rabbit and designed by Paul Kelly, will be narrated by Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons themselves, accompanied by contributions from various collaborators including Beck, Wayne Coyne, and Noel Gallagher. The book features illustrations, photography, design work, and a cover by Kate Gibb.

The Chemical Brothers shared their excitement about the project in a press release. They referred to Turner as a long-time member of their extended family, recounting his presence at their early DJ sets and his unwavering support throughout their career. The book aims to connect the dots between the band and their musical and visual collaborators, exploring the clubs they started out in, the evolution of their songs, the growth of their live shows, and their favorite videos and visual effects.

The release of “Paused in Cosmic Reflection” is scheduled for October 26. To accompany the announcement, The Chemical Brothers also released a new single titled “Live Again,” featuring Halo Maud. The single can be heard by scrolling down on the Pitchfork article.
