Creep Show has released their highly anticipated album ‘Yawning Abyss’ five years after their acclaimed album ‘Mr Dynamite.’ The album was created by a band of musical misfits, including Wrangler’s Ben “Benge” Edwards, John Grant, and Cabaret Voltaire’s Stephen Mallinder. The album is a mix of vintage synths, madcap vocals, and darkly funky lyrics that touch on global issues such as the cost of living crisis, political meltdowns, global warming, and war.
The album takes a more direct approach to vocals, with John Grant’s voice featured prominently on tracks like ‘Bungalow’ and the title track.
