Nervous Gender – Music From Hell The legendary synthpunk LP “Music From Hell” by Nervous Gender gets a revival on Dark Entries. Originally from LA in 1978, the band was known for its confrontational and queer tone. The reissue features new mastering, expanded double LP, demos, live recordings, and more. It is presented in a gatefold sleeve with a booklet and poster.

Sylvester – Private Recordings, August 1970 Disco icon Sylvester’s collection titled “Private Recordings: August 1970” showcases his early love for vintage jazz, blues, and gospel. Recorded in San Francisco with pianist Peter Mintun, the release captures Sylvester’s renditions of classic songs. The packaging includes a 16-page booklet with rare images and stories. Proceeds will be donated to charities that Sylvester supported.Event: Sylvester’s LP Release and Birthday celebration is on September 6th from 6-9pm.

Blues Lawyer – Sight Gags On The Radio Blues Lawyer returns with a 7” EP “Sight Gags On The Radio,” which offers a mix of alt-pop. The songs narrate the experiences of millennials trying to find their place in the world. It is scheduled for release on September 29th, right before their European and UK tour.

Ian Elms – Good Night Ian Elms’s “Good Night,” a cult synth album from 1982, is being reintroduced by Dark Entries. The album, blending minimalism with DIY punk electronics, comes with a postcard and notes from Elms.

Brontez Purnell – No Jack Swing Brontez Purnell’s electronic debut “No Jack Swing” is a culmination of various influences from Indie to Electroclash. It was produced by Nightfeelings and includes a lyric sheet featuring a photo of Brontez.

X-Ray Pop – Live Rockomotives Festival The legendary band X-Ray Pop returns with a live concert recording from the Rockomotives festival in 2020. This release pays tribute to their late bassist, Patrick Gicquel.

David Microwave Javelosa – Cyber Steam Cabaret David Javelosa presents a steampunk opera titled “Cyber Steam Cabaret,” combining various genres from cabaret to free jazz.

V/A – Next World Sound Series Vol. 1 The “Next World Sound Series Vol. 1” is an ambient compilation featuring artists like Thomas Miley and Jane Grey. It’s designed for meditation, yoga, and relaxation.
