Set to ignite the Amsterdam Dance Event on 20th October, bass maven IMANU’s PARADISE showcase is the talk of the town. Hosted at the legendary Melkweg, this night will be a melting pot of novel bass talents and eclectic sets.

An initiative in collaboration with ADE and Curated, IMANU’s showcase casts a spotlight on burgeoning talents in the bass domain. On the roster are the likes of London’s SICARIA, Dutch drum & bass aficionado Buunshin, the soulful LaMeduza, Toulouse’s Visages, the dynamic French producer The Caracal Project, and the ever-electrifying The Glitch Mob. Each set promises a vibrant mix of tempos and genres, reflecting the dynamic evolution of the bass scene.

But there’s more to the story. October is set to be a pivotal month for IMANU as he readies the release of his much-awaited EP. The lead single, ‘Aching (On A High)’ featuring Lia, is primed to shake the floors this September. The tracklist of the EP promises a scintillating blend of IMANU’s versatility, from the raw synth-dominated ‘Dream Sequence’ to the soul-stirring melodic vibes of ‘Aching (On A High)’.

Long-time followers of the bass scene will recognize IMANU’s prodigious talent from when he burst onto the scene at a mere age of 16, then known by his previous moniker, Signal. His signature brutalist musical aesthetics swiftly elevated him to bass royalty. Now in his prime 20s, his discography boasts of massive hits released under iconic labels like Deadbeats, UKF, and VISION. The debut EP ‘UNFOLD’ which graced Deadbeats in 2022, has already garnered over 6 million Spotify streams. His remixes for giants like TOKiMONSTA, What So Not & Skrillex, and collaborations with the likes of Noisia and Pham, only solidify his stature in the industry.

With PARADISE, IMANU is not just presenting an event; he’s curating an experience. Bringing together the freshest names in electronic music under the hallowed roof of Melkweg, it’s not just a showcase – it’s a revelation for all electronic music enthusiasts.
