Killer Mike Announces Deluxe Version of “MICHAEL” with New Single Release

Killer Mike, who made waves in May with his solo album “MICHAEL”, his first since the 2012 hit “R.A.P. Music”, is back with more. He has announced an 18-track deluxe edition titled “MICHAEL DELUXE”. This expanded version will feature four extra tracks that were part of the original “MICHAEL” sessions. Scheduled for a September 15 release, fans can expect the album in both vinyl and CD formats.
Giving a taste of what’s to come, Killer Mike has dropped a new single “Maynard Vignette”, graced by the talents of T.I, JID, and Jacquees.
Speaking about the deluxe version, Mike shared, “MICHAEL was originally longer and we’re starting to release the rest of it.” He explained that while these added tracks were some of his favorite ones during the album sessions, they needed more refinement. Fortunately, three of these tracks were completed in time for the vinyl edition, and an additional one will be available in the digital release.
Fans and music enthusiasts can mark their calendars and eagerly anticipate the richer experience that “MICHAEL DELUXE” promises.
