Shabaka delivers yet another sonic masterpiece with the release of “I’ll Do Whatever You Want,” the second single from his upcoming album, “Perceive Its Beauty, Acknowledge Its Grace.” This track is a star-studded affair, featuring contributions from Floating Points, Laraaji, André 3000, Esperanza Spalding, and more.

Co-written with Floating Points and Laraaji, and co-produced with Dilip Harris, “I’ll Do Whatever You Want” showcases Shabaka’s prowess on the Japanese shakuhachi flute alongside André 3000’s mesmerizing Teotihuacan drone flute. The result is a captivating blend of diverse musical elements that defy genre boundaries.

With additional contributions from Carlos Niño, Tom Herbert, Dave Okumu, and Marcus Gilmore, this track is a testament to Shabaka’s ability to bring together a diverse array of talents to create something truly unique.
